A Fort McMurray First Nation group sought to improve operations and increase the profitability of its existing maintenance shop.
THE CHALLENGE
The maintenance shop lacked standardized processes and procedures, and the physical space was ineffectively set up, all of which equated to a loss in revenue.
THE STRATEGY
After analyzing the existing maintenance shop, Falco designed and implemented a brand-new model. The shop was remodelled to produce a better workflow, and the client and inventory areas were redesigned to create a better customer experience. Falco implemented a new process for booking and scheduling work and devised a marketing strategy to raise awareness about the shop’s improved services.
