After analyzing the existing maintenance shop, Falco designed and implemented a brand-new model. The shop was remodelled to produce a better workflow, and the client and inventory areas were redesigned to create a better customer experience. Falco implemented a new process for booking and scheduling work and devised a marketing strategy to raise awareness about the shop’s improved services.
